Artist Statement

I consider my talent a wonderful gift, and try to create paintings of uniqueness and beauty, using simple, striking images, touched by a sense of mystery  Deriving inspiration from my inner self and the natural world aroung me, I use layers of colors, creating subtle textures, lights, and shapes.  The final translation on canvar or paper is a memorable painting which has a strong emotional impact, speaking to a viewer's heart and soul.
